Dave Burrows BEng MSc

Leading Logic is founded by Dave Burrows, a technology expert with 33 years of software engineering excellence. With experience spanning from silicon-level optimization to AI-powered cloud solutions, Dave brings a unique "silicon-to-cloud" perspective—fluent in everything from low-level assembly optimization to high-level distributed systems.

Dave's career includes 15 years as CEO and 30+ years as CTO, from building game engines at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (WipEout franchise) to delivering secure AI solutions for the NHS and public sector. As an NHS Innovation Fellow (2017-2019) and Health & Life Sciences Board Member for Liverpool City Region, Dave combines deep technical expertise with real-world understanding of healthcare innovation and public sector delivery.
